Injectables have become increasingly popular for their ability to enhance appearance, rejuvenate the skin, and provide a variety of cosmetic benefits. We offer a wide variety of options at Peach pit and are always adding new and improved options to be able to offer the best to our lovely clientele. Below are
Neuromodulators (Botox/Xeomin/Dysport)
How They Work:
These neuromodulators temporarily relax the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines. By blocking nerve signals (the release of acetylcholine), they prevent muscle contractions that lead to wrinkles. A variety of areas can be treated for a multitude of concerns.
Areas to be treated;
Forehead
Frown lines
Crows feet
Brow lift
Undereye
Bunny lines
Nostrils/nose slimming
Pixie tip nose
Gummy smile
Smokers lines
Lip flip
Downturned mouth
Dimpled chin
Masseter muscles (jaw slimming/tmj/clenching)
Platysma bands
Recommended Treatments:
Often 1 treatment session is required. Approximately 2 weeks post treatment you should see your final result.
Maintenance:
Typically, clients receive their treatments every 3 to 4 months. Individual results may vary, so the frequency can be adjusted based on personal needs and desired outcomes.
Dermal Fillers
How They Work:
Dermal fillers restore lost volume, enhance facial contours, and smooth out static wrinkles. The fillers we use at Peach Pit contain hyaluronic acid and lidocaine for comfort. Fillers can be used for many areas to restore volume loss, achieve facial balancing, or smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. Some areas we are able to use filler include the lips, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, under eyes, chin, jawline, temples, hands, and more.
Recommended Treatments:
Results can last from 6 months to 2 years depending on the type of filler used. A follow-up treatment is generally recommended once the effects begin to fade.
Maintenance:
Clients usually benefit from touch-up treatments every 12 to 18 months, depending on the filler and individual skin response.
Vitamin Infusion IV Therapy
How It Works:
IV therapy delivers vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream for immediate absorption. This treatment can boost energy, improve hydration, and enhance skin health by providing essential vitamins and minerals.
Recommended Treatments:
Initial treatments can be done every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on individual health goals and needs.
Maintenance:
Ongoing sessions may be recommended every 1 to 3 months to maintain the desired benefits.
Skin Boosters
How They Work:
Skin boosters are injectable treatments that enhance skin hydration and elasticity. They typically contain hyaluronic acid and are designed to improve skin texture and overall appearance.
Recommended Treatments:
A series of 1 to 3 treatments is usually recommended, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.
Maintenance:
Maintenance treatments can be done every 6 to 12 months to sustain results.
B12 Injections
What is B12:
Vitamin B12 is known to help boost energy levels, improve mood, and support overall health. Injections can be particularly beneficial for individuals with low B12 levels.
Recommended Treatments:
B12 shots can be administered every 1 to 4 weeks based on individual needs.
Maintenance:
Ongoing maintenance may be recommended based on individual health assessments.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
How PRP Therapy Works
- Blood Collection: The process begins with a simple blood draw from the patient. Typically, about 10-20 milliliters of blood is collected.
- Centrifugation: The drawn blood is then placed in a centrifuge, a machine that spins at high speeds. This process separates the blood components based on their density. The result is three distinct layers:
- Red blood cells
- Platelet-poor plasma
- Platelet-rich plasma, which contains a higher concentration of platelets and growth factors.
- Preparation: The platelet-rich plasma is extracted and prepared for injection. This concentrated solution is rich in growth factors, cytokines, and proteins that promote healing and regeneration.
Mechanism of Action
- Growth Factor Release: When PRP is injected into the skin or scalp, the concentrated platelets release growth factors that stimulate various biological processes. These factors include:
- Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF): Promotes the formation of new blood vessels, enhancing blood supply and nutrient delivery.
- Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-β): Stimulates collagen production and skin remodeling.
- Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF): Aids in cell proliferation and wound healing.
- Tissue Regeneration: The growth factors encourage the regeneration of skin cells, fibroblasts, and hair follicles. This leads to increased collagen and elastin production, resulting in improved skin texture, elasticity, and overall appearance.
- Hair Follicle Stimulation: For hair restoration, PRP can reinvigorate dormant hair follicles, promoting new hair growth and increasing hair density. The growth factors stimulate the anagen (growth) phase of the hair cycle, encouraging thicker and healthier hair.
Benefits of PRP Therapy
- Natural Approach: Since PRP is derived from the patient’s own blood, there is a very low risk of allergic reactions or rejection.
- Minimally Invasive: The procedure involves minimal downtime, making it an attractive option for those seeking non-surgical treatments.
- Versatility: PRP therapy can be used for various aesthetic purposes, including facial rejuvenation (reducing wrinkles and fine lines) and hair restoration.
Recommended Treatments:
Typically, 3 – 6 sessions are recommended, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for optimal results.
Maintenance:
Annual maintenance treatments are advised to sustain the benefits.
Mesotox Facials
How They Work:
This treatment involves injecting a diluted form of neuromodulator into the skin’s superficial layers to improve texture, tone, pore size appearance, and oil production while maintaining a natural look.
Recommended Treatments:
For most individuals only 1-2 sessions are required.
Maintenance:
Ongoing maintenance is recommended every 4 to 6 months.
